We are ready to take your call!
I have been in Pest Control for 30 years since the age of 21 and was employed by a major International Pest Control company for 5 years before starting my own pest control business, which I ran (with a business partner and 3 staff) for 22 years before being acquired by a National Pest Control company in 2023. Now in March 2026 it is time to start again!
The aim now is to create a Pest Control Service where the emphasis is on the client's needs and satisfaction as opposed to target driven sales. Unrivalled customer service is the goal once again.
The success of Newcastle and Sunderland Pest control will be founded on my personal commitment to client service requirements, delivering a competitive, reliable, high quality service, ensuring high quality professionalism and a rapid response time. We aim to reply to requests for service within a couple of hours and hopefully be at the clients premises the same day as contacted, where feasible.
We are based in Newcastle and service all areas of Newcastle (NE) and Sunderland (SR) postcodes.
The National Pest Technicians Association represents the pest control industry and supports its members through training and championing the important work undertaken to protect Public Health. As a member, we undergo regular audits to reassure our clients that we follow the highest standards of service.
At Newcastle and Sunderland Pest Control, we understand that keeping up to date with the latest legislation, techniques and products is key to providing a safe and professional service; therefore, we are members of the British Pest Register which is a scheme to ensure regular knowledge-based training is achieved each year.
We are committed to constantly finding new ways to minimise our environmental impact. We are dedicated to working sustainably because we know that it is the right thing to do and as such all of our vehicles will be fully Electric Powered.
People sometimes have preconceptions of pest controllers negligently spraying chemicals and putting poisons down, whereas lots of the premises we protect are covered without resorting to pesticides and instead use non toxic methods. We use the safest and most environmentally friendly products and prioritise proofing and hygiene measures to exclude pests.
We love the natural world and our passion for supporting people and the planet underpins our decision-making. We are keen to ensure we do what we can to protect the Environment from harmful pesticides.
